Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers operates 229 fast-track lubricants with 115 stores owned by the company and 114 are owned by franchisees. The company also owns and operates 78 traditional tire stores that do not have fast lube lubrication, all of which are operated under TE, LLC, which is largely a Tire Engineers brand. The store acquisition ban commences in 2013 when Express Oil Change purchases Tire Engineers based in Birmingham.
While 300 company stores operate in 15 different states, most shops are concentrated in the southeast.
