US Route 202 Business ( US 202 Bus. ) is a 10 mile (16 km) business route of US 202 in Montgomery and Bucks counties in the state of Pennsylvania, USA, running between Montgomeryville and Doylestown. Route headed northeast from US 202 at Upper Gwynedd Township along five Pike Dekalb trails through residential and commercial areas. In Montgomeryville, the route turned north to run alongside Pennsylvania Route 309 (PA 309) on Bethlehem Pike's five lanes across several businesses. History
When the route was first enacted in Pennsylvania in 1911, it is now the US Bus 202. It is part of the Legislative Route 178, which runs between Norristown and Buckingham. With the creation of the U.S. Highway System in 1926, the stretch of road between Montgomeryville and Doylestown became part of US 122, which was paved. PA 52 was established simultaneously with US 122 in 1928. In 1930, the naming of PA 52 was concurrently removed from US 122. In 1930, US 122 was replaced by US 202.
