Description of routes and services
The Q37 bus comes from Queens Boulevard and Union Turnpike, where most riders ride Q37 to New York City Subway at Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike station. The bus changed through Kew Gardens Road, and then turned south through 80th Road, and then the bus turned into Park Lane. Buses at this point will head north through Park Lane and then turn on Union Turnpike. After walking through Park Lane, Q37 turns into Park Lane South, which is on the border of Kew Gardens and Forest Park. Then the bus turns east on Myrtle Avenue, and then turns southeast through 111th Street, and continues walking through 111th Street to Rockaway Boulevard, past Richmond Hill and Ozone Park. The bus route then turns into Aqueduct Racing to serve Resorts World Casino. After that, the route continues to Rockaway Boulevard before turning southeast through various local roads. The bus then turned east through 135th Avenue, and then the bus turned onto South Conduit Avenue before reaching the terminal terminal on 149th Avenue and 150th Avenue in South Ozone Park.
During the weekdays, several buses will pass through Resorts World Casino. These buses are designated Q37B .

History
Initial operation
Originally operated by the General Omnibus Company, service began in January 1939.
In 1936, Queens was divided into four zones, for the purpose of franchising bus operations. With a new zone setting, one company will be granted a franchise in each zone, with the remaining smaller operations acquired by larger companies. Q37 falls into Zone C, the zone for Ozone Park, Woodhaven, Richmond Hill, and Rockaways, and the route is awarded to the Green Bus Lines.
On 23 November 1941, Q37 extended from Jamaica Avenue to Queens Boulevard at Kew Gardens, providing connections to the IND Queens Boulevard Line railway.
take over MTA
On January 9, 2006, the MTA Bus Company took over the Green Bus Line operation.
On October 30, 2011, a daily service through Aqueduct Racetrack was added, to serve Resorts World Casino. Also on this date, Q37 was diverted to operate on 133rd Avenue, Lefferts Boulevard and 135th Avenue, in both directions. Service at 116th Street stopped.
On February 24, 2013, the Q37 bus stopped operating through 150th Avenue. Instead, the bus route was changed, with buses running through South Conduit Avenue between 130th Street and 134th Street. The route was changed to avoid congestion on the Sanitation page at 150th Street. An additional reason for the change is to allow buses to avoid turning to South Conduit Avenue from 132nd Street, as there are no traffic lights at this intersection and vehicles often pass at high speed, often causing severe delays. In addition, 132nd Street is a narrow settlement block. On September 3, 2017, due to the low number of passengers at Resorts World Casino, half of all weekday buses started passing through casinos and labeled Q37B.
