Backgrounds and Education
Eberhart is a native of Georgia and holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School, where he is President of the Tulane Federalist Society. While at Vanderbilt, he set up a conservative student group to bring speakers to campus. He moved from New Orleans, Louisiana to Phoenix, Arizona after graduating law school and working just three weeks before Hurricane Katrina struck.

Company Eberhart, Canary, installs and serves wellheads at drilling locations. In early 2014, Eberhart's private equity firm, Eberhart Capital LLC, has been involved in a total of 12 acquisitions since 2007, from several different sectors including the oil and gas industry.
Eberhart started his career as a business owner when he quit his job at a Houston-based international oilfield service company and bought Frontier Wellhead & Supply Co. in January 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he added seven acquisitions of oilfield service companies to Frontier.
In January 2013, he bought a rival based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Canary Wellhead Equipment Inc., for less than $ 100 million. Combined Frontier Wellhead and Canary Wellhead are headquartered in Denver and operate under the name Canary, LLC for name recognition. It has revenues of more than $ 100 million, and Eberhart is CEO. The company is now the sixth largest private oilfield services company and the largest independent wellhead service provider in the United States.
Before he bought Frontier Wellhead, Eberhart was vice president of the acquisition for Greene's Energy Group, LLC. He also serves as vice president of acquisitions for Robson Energy in Arizona.
Eberhart's investment firm, Eberhart Capital LLC, owns Canary and other companies. The acquisition includes Unitherm Furnaces, LLC, Missouri-based industrial furnace maker, acquired in January 2014. The company also owns Precision Pipeline, Inc., and three trucking companies: Poling Express, LLC, Twin Express, and Golden Drop Trucking. The company also acquired Luft Machine, a divested manufacturing company. In July 2014, they acquired the Sales and Service Contractor, an industrial construction equipment rental company based in Des Moines, Iowa.
Eberhart Capital is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and has $ 100 million in assets and $ 200 million in revenue.

Eberhart is a member of the North Dakota Petroleum Council and Colorado Oil & amp; Gas Association. He is also a director of the World Council of Los Angeles Affairs.
